We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Ripetta Relais. To start, Nicola and Valerio were extremely kind and helpful, giving us wonderful tips for exploring Rome and being excellent hosts. Breakfast was delicious and complete, and they made sure we knew the options available - even though one day we left our rooms past breakfast time had ended, Valerio still offered us some delicious cappuccino and cakes/cornetos! The location is stellar and close to everything. In Rome, you will want to walk, and we walked everywhere. We never took a cab or bus, only a Lime scooter which was part of the fun. Even though being at a busy/touristic location (Piazza del Popolo), we could never hear outside and the street was never too busy with tourists. Cannot say enough how great of a location Ripetta Relais is based at. Near shopping and great restaurants, and close enough to everything you would want to be in Rome and the Vatican. The rooms were great, always clean, and the big jacuzzi tub a great surprise, little did we know how much we needed it to fully relax, after so much walking! :) also, it felt very private, and there wasn't a lot of people movement as there usually is in a big hotel. We felt like we were “living local”. We also really enjoyed the rooftop patio where we could enjoy cappuccinos at breakfast or relax in the evening. Would recommend to anyone and would certainly stay again “when in Rome”!

It's close to the Spanish steps, a good starting point for every day. The area is quite, the windows are sound proof. Breakfast was good quason and sweet cakes, toast with cheese, different kind of yogurts, cereals... Valerio was very cooperative and helpful. We asked for a kettle, cups for our tea and iron for our clothes and we got it in a short time. WiFi was good in our room. Hot water all the time.

Everything was over the moon, but the best was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and really pushed forward to provide the best experience to the guests. My wife is gluten-intolerant, and when she mentioned it on the first morning, they were really sorry. Next breakfast, they had a dedicated assortment of bread and pastries specially for her. That was really touching

Very friendly and welcoming staff. There are some humidity problems in the room. At some points, the walls are beginning to crumble and there is a bad smell in the shower because of the humidity I think. The jacuzzi tub, on the other hand, is easy to use and very clean. The location is excellent being just steps away from Piazza del Popolo.

The location was AMAZING, AC and Wi-Fi worked well, 18-minute walk to Trevi fountain, 10ish to Spanish Steps, and about 25-30 to Colosseum. The person who guided me to the location helped me greatly and assisted me with the best transportation methods and when to exit the metro!
